The International Mather Language Day
Or, The 21st Fabruary
Language is the medium of exchanging feelings and communication with his others. Mother language is lovable to every idigenous person. So everyone loves to speak with his own language. As we are bangladeshi, Bangla is our mather language. It has been rceognised by the International mather Language Day.
During the pakistani regime, on an occasion pakistani euler jinnah declared that, "Urdu and uedu shall be the stste language of pakistan"
It was a mather of prestige and ego for the Bangladeshis and they did not accept it naturally. They protested against thisdeclaration breking the martial low of the then period and their day was 21st February 1952. In this  movement Salam, Barkat,Rafique,Safique and others secrificed their valuable lives to estsblish the right of Language.The day is declared as the Gove. holiday when the national flage remains half mast as the symbol of mourning.
The significance of this day has been increased greatly for its international recongnition. In the 30th General assembly meeting of United Nations held in 1999, this day has been recognized as the international mather lanuage day. On the 8th Dec. 99 bangaleees celebrated recognition nationally. Bangladesh is identified newly before the world viewers because of this declaration.Realizing the sacrificial incident of the 52`s Movement and in memory of our martyrs this day in issued internationally as the Mother Language Day.
The importance of this International Mother Language Day is very great.
